There are many HSA programs and events at Beaumont. These activities work to enhance the learning environment for our children. They are run by separate committees which are led by one or more chairpersons. Volunteers are always welcome to help with events where necessary.

The following is the list of committees E through Pa that coordinate and run the HSA programs and events throughout the year:

Family 2 Family
This committee organizes volunteers to assist Beaumont families who are in emergency situations. Members also participate in the district Dental Clinic Committee and drive eligible Beaumont students to the free dental clinic at T/E Middle School.

Father/Daughter Dance
The Father/Daughter Dance is a very special evening planned for Beaumont dads and their daughters. This event is usually held around Valentine's Day and is open to girls and an uncle, grandfather, or other significant male figure in her life.

4th Grade Lunch
This committee works with the principal and staff of Beaumont to organize a special luncheon for the fourth graders. This event is held in June of each year.

Grandparent Liaison
The Grandparent Liaison is responsible for recruiting and coordinating the use of students' grandparents or significant seniors as volunteers at Beaumont.

Homeroom Parents
The Homeroom Parents coordinators oversee the homeroom parents for each core class. They are a vital link in the emergency phone chain procedure and homeroom parents are a valuable resource for our teachers. The chairpersons coordinate the efforts for classroom art projects, and the three holiday parties: Halloween, Winter, and Valentine's Day.

Hospitality
The Hospitality Committee provides hospitality, food, and refreshments for school and teacher functions during the school year.

Inter School Council (ISC)
The Inter School Council serves as a forum for the exchange of ideas and information among parent/teacher organizations in the district. The goals are to continue to improve education for children and provide a forum for discussion and possible resolution of areas of concern.

Keystone Healthy Zone/Health Council
As part of the Keystone Health Zone statewide initiative, this committee works to educate and promoted healthy lifestyles for our children.

Kid Stuff Coupon Books
The Kid Stuff coupon books are an invaluable resource for saving money for a variety of local products, services, and more.

M.A.S.H. and School Store
The purpose of "Many Active School Helpers" is to assist Beaumont students in reaching out to others in the community and beyond. This committee works closely with the school guidance counselor. The School Store coordinator works with Mrs. Bourque to organize and maintain a schedule of volunteer parents and students to work at the school store throughout the year.

Mother/Son Event
This annual event brings together Beaumont moms and their sons for a fun-filled activity or outing.

Opening Day Packet
This committee coordinates and assembles all materials that are sent home to families during the first week of school.

Opening Week Picnic
The opening week picnic is held at the end of the first week of each school year on the Beaumont fields. This is a great BYO event for Beaumont families to enjoy and connect to new and returning friends.

Parent Social
This committee organizes an evening social event for Beaumont parents in the Fall or Spring. This annual get-together is a great way for Beaumont parents to meet each other and catch up with old friends.
