Hollywood is rolling the red carpet down the Beaumont hallways
on Saturday February 11th from 7-9:30pm.
Don't miss this fabulous star studded event!
There is still time to rsvp and tickets can be purchased at the door to accommodate any last minute change in plans. Cost is $45/family.
Corsage information: Each girl attending will receive a corsage. Pickup is Thu 2/9 and Fri 2/10 from 8:30-9:30am in the lobby. If you can not pick up during those times the corsages will also be available for pickup upon arrival at the dance.
Photographer information: Brenda Carpenter will be taking professional photos of the girls and their special dates. The package cost is $25 and includes two 5x7's pictures and eight wallet size photos. In an effort to decrease the wait time for a photo we will be shooting in shifts starting with Kindergarten at 7:00. Click here for the form if you would like to send it with your daughter and her date.
Raffle information: The wonderful items shown in the photo to the left will be raffled off at the end of the dance. Who will be the lucky girls? Raffle tickets will be 1 for $5, 3 for $10, or 5 for $20. There will also be a 50/50 drawing. Tickets for the 50/50 are 1 for $5 or 5 for $20.
Volunteer information: Thank you to everyone for your help! Volunteer assignments went out this week. Click here to see the list. Those volunteers attending the dance are encouraged to stay and help clean up. The more people the less time it will take.
