The annual Bell Avenue picnic, a special event for Beaumont fourth graders and their Bell Avenue Elementary pen pals, will be held Thursday, May 24 from 9:30-12:30. Come join the fun! We need parent volunteers to help with games, arts and crafts, face painting, and serving lunch. Please sign up to help by visiting VolunteerSpot. We are also in need of large water coolers for the picnic. You can click on the link to volunteerspot to let us know we can borrow one or contact Kerri Martin at kerri.martin @ verizon.net.
Order your pints from Handel's and benefit Beaumont! Here's how it works: Fill out the attached pint card order form, and ask your friends and family if they would like pints of Handel's ice cream too! The pint cards are $5 each. Beaumont will receive $2 from each pint card sold and all proceeds go directly to the Caring Kids Club, which is supported by the Beaumont HSA. Please bring your completed order form to school on May 29. The following week you will receive cards to be exchanged for pints at Handel's.
Save the date of May 21 for Beaumont's Handel's Spirit Day! You'll want to look out for Beaumont celebs: Mrs. Haltiwanger, Mrs. Berg, Dr. Demming, Miss Simmington, Miss Amanda, Mrs. McConaghy, Miss Criss, Mrs. Capriola, Mr. Parrotta, and Miss Senior. For info, see the flyer.
The Beaumont Hospitality Committee needs your help! We will be hosting our annual Teacher Appreciation event on Monday, June 4 from 11 a.m.-1:30 p.m. We will be hosting a luncheon with a salad theme again this year. If you are able to contribute a salad, any of the other items, or volunteer your time, please sign up via Volunteerspot. Any questions, please email either Lesley Dente lesley.dente @ comcast.net or Erica Barnes steverica1 @ verizon.net.
Please keep clipping and saving your BoxTops and Labels for Education! We'll let you know when it's time to turn them in.
