CARLINE AND BUS LANE PROCEDURES

Please carefully note the following procedures regarding carline and bus lane safety at Beaumont - let's all work together to keep our children and staff safe this year!

Bus Lane

  • Cars may not access the bus lane during student arrival and dismissal times. Cars must use the carline or pull into a parking spot.
  • Please be alert when walking to the main entrance if buses are in the bus lane.

Car Line

  • Drivers should be alert at all times when driving in the car line. Please be aware of families and visitors walking on school property.
  • Students should only exit cars at the double door carline building entrance.
  • Please leave no gaps along the carline. Please keep moving your car along.
  • If cars are backed up onto Beaumont Rd., please yield and take your turn letting cars in and out of the parking lot.
  • Please adhere to all stop signs and other signage.
  • Please pull up to the end of the carpool circle to make room for all cars.
  • Please use the last name sign on your window, visor, or dash for school staff members to identify your car.
  • Please do not get out of your car. Students should be easily able to exit and enter from the passenger side of your car. If you need to assist your child, please pull into a parking spot.

It’s hard to believe that your time at Beaumont may be coming to an end, but here are some great ways to spend time with your son or daughter this year before they head off to T/E Middle School! Is a chair position not something you have time to do alone? Grab a friend and have some fun!

COMMUNITY SERVICE

Welcome Back from the Community Service Committee!

The Beaumont Elementary School Community Service Committee is excited for the start of another school year and for the opportunity to once again help benefit our local community through participation in a variety of service projects. In past years, our school and Committee have partnered with organizations including Home of the Sparrow, Royer-Greaves School for the Blind, the Chester County Food Back, the Red Cross, Cradles to Crayons and others. We are always looking for new service opportunities and for participants eager to help us with our service initiatives.

If you would like to join us, please utilize the Volunteer sign-up form on the HSA website or the Beaumont HSA Volunteer Form link above in the Blast, or send an email to VP of Community Service, Becky Ormsbee, at community_service@beaumonthsa.org. We look forward to another great year at BES!
