Online conference scheduling will be available to you Wednesday, November 1st (beginning at 10:00 AM) through Wednesday, November 8th (ending at 11:55 PM) via the PowerSchool Parent Portal.
This year's November parent conference days will be held in-person, with the option to request a meeting via Microsoft Teams or phone if you prefer. The conference scheduling link, as well as your unique username and password for the scheduling system, can be found on the PowerSchool Parent Portal (https://powerschool.tesd.net/public) > Student Information Tab, just below the transportation information. You will need a PowerSchool account to retrieve your conference scheduling credentials. Please test your login to PowerSchool prior to the scheduling window opening.
If you wish to meet virtually, please type "Virtual" in the comment field on the screen that is available after you schedule your conference. Your child's teacher will email you a meeting link prior to the conference. Use of electronic devices to video or audio record parent conferences is prohibited per School Board Policy 1341.
Parents who do not have internet access or who are unable to schedule online may contact the school’s main office.
As in the past, parents of elementary school children will have the opportunity to schedule a November conference with their child's Core teacher. Conferences are scheduled for the following dates and times:
Monday, November 20: 9:05-12:00 (Kindergarten Only); 1:40-3:45 (Grades K-4)
Tuesday, November 21: 9:05-12:00 (Kindergarten Only); 1:40-3:45 (Grades K-4)
Monday, November 27: 12:00-7:35 (Grades K-4)
While PowerSchool will remain open throughout the school year, online conference scheduling for the November conferences will only be available from November 1 (10:00AM) through November 8 (11:55PM).
After the scheduling window closes on November 8, please call your school’s main office to see if there are available conference times for the teacher that you prefer to meet with or if you would like to make any changes.
