Hi Beaumont Families! If you are receiving this email, that means your information in the Beaumont Directory database has not been confirmed for this year. We want to make sure you have the opportunity to correct any information and opt out of the directory if desired.
- If your would like to be included in the directory, we ask that you confirm your family's information is correct by visitinghttps://beaumonthsa.membershiptoolkit.com/membership_step1. Click the checkbox next to any items you do not want to appear in the directory. **You will be asked to log into Membership Toolkit first. If you forgot your password or think you don't have an account, see below.
- If you do not update your record, last year's information and publication preference will remain.
HELP! I DON'T HAVE A LOG IN or I FORGOT MY PASSWORD!
If you have received this email, you probably are already in the system. Before creating a new account, try resetting your password (https://beaumonthsa.membershiptoolkit.com/forgotpassword). This will help eliminate the creation of duplicate accounts.
If you find that you don't have a Membership Toolkit account, here's what you need to do:
- Go to the Beaumont HSA website
- Select "Create Account" and fill in the name, email, and password information
- Click "verify my email" and then check your email for a link to complete the process. The link expires in 2 hours. If you do not receive the email, check your spam or junk folders
- Once you have verified your email address, log back in and finish the registration process
