Winter Secret Shop Leadership Committee Needed
Our two chairs for WSS are stepping down from their roles after this year so we are looking for individuals to be part of a leadership committee for WSS 2026. Ideally, the WSS committee would be made up of 2-5 individuals whose responsibilities would include:
- Sign up Beaumont School with Lil Shoppers to guarantee next year's Winter Secret Shop (Late December 2025).
- After the Holidays, bargain shop online and/or in stores for discounted sale items to sell at next year's Winter Secret Shop (December 2025/January 2026).
- Price discounted items purchased (Jan 2026-May 2026).
- Set up class visiting schedules (Nov 2026).
- Organize letters and envelopes to send home with each student (Nov 2026).
- Organize and manage volunteers the week of Winter Secret Shop (Dec 2026).
- Help set up, work and manage Winter Secret Shop 12/4 and 12/7-12/10. Store hours typically are 9:30am-3:30pm (Dec 2026).
