Timing Matters: Register Your Kindergartener Now!
Late enrollment can impact staffing and planning

Did you know that waiting to register your incoming kindergartner or new student can affect how TESD prepares for the upcoming school year?

Early registration plays a critical role in District planning. Enrollment numbers guide decisions about staffing, classes, and student support services. When families wait to register, it can create challenges in balancing classrooms and ensuring we have the very best staff in place on the first day of school.

If your child is turning five on or before September 1, 2026, or will be new to the T/E School District this fall, we strongly encourage you to complete registration as soon as possible.

Parents and guardians can get started by completing the online pre‑registration form and gathering required documents. Full details, eligibility information, and helpful contacts are available on the New Student Registration page. Families with children entering T/E schools in other grade levels are also encouraged to register as soon as possible.

If you know your child will attend T/E this fall, please don’t wait. Register today to support a smooth and successful start for all students.
