After 22 remarkable years at Beaumont Elementary, the community celebrates an extraordinary leader, mentor, and friend as Dr. Demming begins an exciting new chapter in her career.
Dr. Demming has dedicated more than two decades to building a school community rooted in kindness, excellence, and a genuine love for children. Her leadership has shaped the lives of countless students, families, and staff members, leaving a lasting impact that will be felt for generations.
While the Beaumont community is heartbroken to see her leave, it is also incredibly proud and excited as she takes on the role of founding principal of Bear Hill Elementary. There is no one more qualified, capable, or deserving of the opportunity to bring a new school to life and create the same sense of belonging and excellence that she fostered at Beaumont.
Her unwavering dedication, compassionate leadership, and commitment to students have enriched the Beaumont community in countless ways. She has made Beaumont a better place, and her legacy will continue to inspire students, families, and educators for years to come.
Though she will be greatly missed within the halls of Beaumont, she will always remain a cherished part of the Beaumont family. The community is deeply grateful for her 22 years of service and wishes her every success as she embarks on this exciting new adventure.
