To support our fundraiser, all you have to do is order your decor online from BloomBox- they do the rest! Place your orders between November 1st & November 15th. You can select a delivery date before or after Thanksgiving.

On the checkout page, make sure you enter this code to ensure your purchase is applied to our fundraising campaign: BEAUMONT15

ORDER YOUR SPIRIT WEAR BEFORE SPRITI WEEK!
TRICK OR TRASH

Bring in your Halloween candy wrappers and deposit them in the Trick or Trash recycling box! A blue collection bin is located in the cafeteria, so you can send empty wrappers in with your student until the bin is full.

THE BEAR FUND

Beaumont HSA has created to Bear Fund in order raise money for contributions towards our school. This year we are excited to campaign for the replacement of the Spider playground equipment. Please consider making our Beaumont HSA a recipient of your charitable contribution.  The Beaumont HSA is a registered 501(c)(3) organization so 100% of your gift is tax deductible. You could possibly double your gift if your company has a matching gifts program! Thank you so much for your support and contributions!

TRUNK OR TREAT FUNDRAISER UPDATE

The second annual Trunk and Treat Fundraiser was a huge success, with over 400 costumed kids attending!  We raised $4300 towards new playground equipment at Beaumont.

The award for Best Overall Trunk goes to Lauren Landers "Beware of Bears" / National Park Trunk, and the award for Most Creative Trunk goes to Bridgid Burkert for the amazing Harry Potter themed magic spell trunk.

Congratulations are also in order for the following Jack O'lantern creators:

Harper Cogswell, "Fred"

Tripp Kolmer, "Eagles"

Kaia Carr, "Lulu the Witch"

Hyden Lockyer, "Creepy Jack"

Many thanks to all of our volunteers and donors. Thanks for creating amazing trunks, donating treats, handing out treats, sharing your Jack O' Lanterns, running games, and selling wristbands, snacks, and spirit wear!  Happy Halloween!

2nd GRADE DINO DIG - THANK YOU

Thank you to  Erin Giovanni for coordinating the 2nd Grade Dino Dig presented by Field Paleontologists, Mike and Roberta Straka, Dinosaur Dig programs - Library System of Lancaster County. COMMUNITY SERVICE CORNER
T&E CARE

Tredyffrin and Easttown Care (T&E Care) is a local non-profit operated solely by volunteers who help families in our own community.  Most of the support is for one-time assistance to get someone over a hump who might be struggling due to low income, divorce, job loss, a medical situation, or other emergency. T&E Care (1) pays one-time bills such as rent, PECO, daycare, medical, or car repairs, (2) provides budgeting and HR assistance, and (3) searches for donated furniture, clothing, and even cars.  This is all done while maintaining a high level of confidentiality for our neighbors.  T&E Care also has the following programs: Meal Assistance Program, College Assistance Program, Summer Camp Program and Computers for Kids.

Consider supporting T&E Care!  T&E Care is partnering with Beaumont HSA for a Holiday Drive in November and a School Supply Drive in the Spring so stay tuned for ways to contribute.  To become more involved, check out the T&E Care www.tecare.org to volunteer, to donate or be added to the T&E Care Newsletter.  T&E Care is also on Facebook and Instagram.

If your family needs support from T&E Care, please go to www.tecare.org and click on the green button for more information and to complete an assistance form.  T&E Care is here to support our neighbors.

RECYCLING AT BES

Have you heard about the BES Cafeteria Recycling Center?  Students can recycle these items in the marked bins next to the stage: clean plastic bags, empty juice pouches, toothbrushes, empty toothpaste tubes, glue sticks, and writing instruments.  Halloween candy wrappers will be collected during October and early November.  The cafeteria has compost bins for fruit and vegetable lunch scraps.  See this flyer for more information. Thanks for helping make Beaumont green!
