Only a few more days to register for Winter 2026 clubs. Registration for After School Clubs - Winter 2026 closes this Wednesday, 12/17!!

Winter 2026 clubs will now be 8 weeks long. The new cost for the extended 8 week session is $150/club. 

Winter Session: Week of January 5, 2026 - week of February 23, 2026 (Make-up: Week of March 2 and week of March 9, 2026)

** There will be no clubs on 1/19, 2/16 & 2/17 due to school holidays. If your child’s session is on a “NO SCHOOL” day their session will be made up the following week.

** Also there is no nurse on site during After School Clubs, since they occur outside of a school day.

Dear Beaumont Families,

Thank you for helping make this year’s Beaumont Winter Secret Shop a success. The students look forward to this event all year, and your support — and familiar faces — make it truly special. As our two chairs step down from their roles, we want to ensure the event can continue. If no one commits to leading it shortly during the 2025–26 school year, the HSA will not be able to offer it in 2026.

To make things easier, we’ve clarified the committee duties based on your feedback. A team of at least five people would allow the work and time commitment to be shared. If each person can be in the shop for two or more days (half or full days), plus a setup or breakdown day, the week will run smoothly with help from our wonderful parent volunteers. We’re happy to support with planning, questions, and best practices. Please review the updated duties, and if you’re interested — or know someone who might be — please reach out to volunteers@beaumonthsa.org so we can connect everyone.
