Book Fair Spring 2024 

Beaumont HSA's organizes & runs an annual book fair, with proceeds benefiting the school's HSA. It's that time of year!

Join us for the BES Book Fair
Monday, May 20 - Friday, May 24, 2024

Spring Book Fair is coming to Beaumont! The book fair will be open for the week of May 20. This is something the kids and teachers look forward to every year. The students will visit the book fair with their class one time to create a wish list and then the teachers will allow the students to come and shop the book fair throughout the week during a time that works best of the teacher.  Parents can send students with money to purchase books on the day they visit the fair or you can wait to review their wish lists. 

Parents can set up an eWallet, which is similar to a gift card, send in cash or a check made out to the Beaumont HSA. More information here: eWallet.

Tuesday, May 21, 8:00-9:00 a.m. - Donuts with Grown-Ups!

• Please join us for Donuts with Grown-Ups and shop the book fair on Tuesday, 5/21 8a-9a. This is NOT a drop off event, the parents must come and stay in the large group room. Parents can leave at 8:30a and drop the students in the cafeteria at 8:30a.

Wednesday, May 22 at 5:00-6:30pm - Family Night! Bring the family to the book fair that can be found in the Large Group Room. We will have snacks and waters available for purchase. Come listen to a couple of books read by our special guest

Volunteers Needed!

The Book Fair cannot be possible without the help from volunteers. The students need help finding books that are appropriate for their age, the younger ones need help writing down the titles of books and finding the price, counting money and so much more.
