Beaumont HSA Holding Annual "Spring Carnival"
Beaumont Elementary HSA is holding it's annual Spring Carnival on Friday, May 1, from 5:00-7:30 p.m.
The carnival will feature face painting, 17 carnival games, a dunk tank, an inflatable obstacle course, DJ, dessert walk, face painting, tattoos, prizes, and much more! Purchase a wristband in advance to save time at the event! Please note: this is not a drop-off event.
Bring cash or check for purchases. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS OR APPLE PAY at the event.
Wristband = Unlimited fun!
Prices increase at the door, so purchase TODAY! Online sales close Wednesday, April 29.
- Pre-Sale Wristbands can be picked up at the Spring Carnival Entrance. Wristbands will not be sent home in backpacks.
- Wristbands can be purchased at the event. CASH / CHECK only for on-site wristband sales.
- Middle Schoolers can receive a free wristband at the Volunteer Check-In Table by volunteering for a 1hr shift (CARNIVAL VOLUNTEER FORM). Please confirm there is an available spot on the SignUp Genius before purchasing wristbands for your family.
- New Beaumont students registered to begin school in Fall 2026 will receive a wristband in the mail with a Beaumont welcome letter soon.
- Wristbands are required for participants Age 3 - 8th grade. Adults do not need a wristband.
- You may invite family and friends to join in on the fun - they are welcome to purchase wristbands online or at the door.

You can choose to donate a wristband to a Beaumont student in need! Choose donation at check-out!

All Games, Activities, and Event Sales Tables need your help! Grandparents, siblings, parents, friends - all are welcome to volunteer!
DUNK TANK NOMINATIONS
Kids have the chance to DUNK their favorite adults! Adult volunteers are needed to sit in the dunk tank.

Dunk Tank participant schedule will be posted at the Spring Carnival, so be sure to look for your favorite adult!
Please note: We may need to limit the number of attempts each child has at the Dunk Tank in order to manage the Dunk Tank line.
DESSERT WALK
Kids walk along to the music for their chance to win a dessert! Desserts are distributed to winners at the end of the night.
70 store-bought dessert donations are needed for this game.
- Donated desserts can include cakes, cookies, donuts, muffins, pies, etc.
- Desserts must be in their original packaging from the store where they were purchased.
- Angela Polselli's house on Wednesday (4/29), Thursday (4/30) or Friday (5/1): 2050 Grantham Ave; Berwyn. There will be a storage container at the top of the driveway.
- Thursday (4/30) & Friday (5/1) in the morning - we will collect desserts from kids at the carpool circle and in the lobby.
- Thursday (4/30) in the afternoon - we will collect desserts at the carpool circle.
Please note: We may need to limit the number of attempts each child has at the Dessert Walk in order to manage the Dessert Walk line.

New this year - FOOD TRUCKS!!! The famous Philly Hots, Pizzeria Vetri, and Kona Ice will be joining the Spring Carnival this year! Food will be available for purchase. Fresh popcorn and cotton candy will also be available for cash only.
