2026-27 FORECAST

For the 2026-27 school year, the HSA is budgeted to fundraise $60,200 and invest $66,915 back into our school as we continue to invest funds built up during COVID.

Three sessions of before and after school clubs are forecasted to raise $22,500 as the HSA shares the funds raised with teachers who volunteer their time.  Family events continue be a large contributor of our fundraising with Trunk or Treat, Book Fairs, Winter Secret Shop, Winter Ball, Bingo and Spring Carnival planned. Thank you to every single volunteer that helps to make all of these events and clubs happen!

Cultural Arts (Assemblies) continues to be the largest investment the HSA makes back into the school with classroom teacher requests and student classroom activities being the next largest.  The HSA continues to fund the copier annual service contract (copier purchased by HSA funds last year) as well as supplies for the poster maker (purchased 3 years ago), student assignment books and the composting program at Beaumont.

2025-26 SUMMARY

During the 2025-26 school year, the HSA raised $71,074!  Thank you to every volunteer and donor for all of your support. This takes a village, and every helping hand is appreciated.

• 10% through Donations

• 10% through Book Fairs
