HSA Finance

Welcome to Beaumont Home and School Association's finance page. Here you can learn about the HSA's yearly budget and expenditures, request reimbursement for HSA expenses, and contact the treasurer.

For the 2025 - 2026 school year, the HSA is budgeted to fundraise $46,900 and invest $57,000 back into our school as we continue to invest funds built up during COVID.

Family events continue to drive the largest part of our fundraising with Trunk or Treat, Book Fairs, Winter Secret Shop, Winter Ball, Parent Social, Spring Sporting event and Spring Carnival planned.  Three sessions of clubs are also planned for the year. Thank you to every single volunteer that helps to make all of these events and clubs happen!

Cultural Arts (Assemblies) continues to be the largest investment the HSA makes back into the school with Classroom teacher requests and student classroom activities being the next largest.  From a capital perspective, the school has asked for an incremental printer so that teachers can more efficiently prepare for their lessons.
