Volunteers Needed for the Winter Secret Shop

We are really looking forward to another fun and successful year at the 2025 Beaumont Winter Secret Shop. The Sign Up is now live for you to choose your preferred time slot(s) to come in and help us at the Shop:https://m.signupgenius.com/#!/showSignUp/805084CAFAE2EABF94-52829214-beswinter As a reminder, the 2025 dates are: 
  • Set up: Friday, December 5th from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
  • Shop will run: Monday-Thursday, December 8-11th from 8:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
  • Clean up: Thursday, December 11th from 3:00 - 6:00 p.m.
  • Clean up: Friday, December 12th from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
All help is appreciated! If you are available for multiple time slots and are willing to help with the checkout/register process, please make a note in your sign up or reach out to any of the committee chairs.

Winter Secret Shop Committee Needed

Our two chairs for WSS are stepping down from their roles after this year so we are looking for individuals to be part of a leadership committee for WSS 2026.  Ideally, the WSS committee would be made up of 2-5 individuals whose responsibilities would include:
  • Sign up Beaumont School with Lil Shoppers to guarantee next year's Winter Secret Shop (Late December 2025).
  • After the Holidays, bargain shop online and/or in stores for discounted sale items to sell at next year's Winter Secret Shop (December 2025/January 2026).
  • Price discounted items purchased (Jan 2026-May 2026).
  • Set up class visiting schedules (Nov 2026). 
  • Organize letters and envelopes to send home with each student (Nov 2026).
  • Organize and manage volunteers the week of Winter Secret Shop (Dec 2026).
  • Help set up, work and manage Winter Secret Shop 12/4 and 12/7-12/10. Store hours typically are 9:30am-3:30pm (Dec 2026). 
If anyone is interested in learning more, please reach out to volunteers@beaumonthsa.org. Ideally, we will have the WSS 2026 committee established before December so they can spend a little time shadowing the co-chairs at this year's WSS 2025 and be ready to shop in January!!
